Troubleshooting

If the product doesn't work, please send me a message with this message format

  1. OS type (Windows/MacOS/iOS/Linux)
  2. Device: (PC/Mac/iPhone/iPad/Android)
  3. USB cable check (some cable only work with power). Checked (YES/NO)
  4. Power LED on when plugged (YES/NO)
  5. If windows, open "Device Manager" and check if there's "ParksTool" in "Sound, video and game controllers" (YES/NO)
  6. Plug the device and Visit https://config.parkstool.com and check if the device is detected? (YES/NO)
